A Malbec made in the Port style. The grapes are picked very ripe, and the frementation is arrested with the addition of grape alcohol. The result is a rich and sweet red wine. Very rich and intense black fruits, with a huge density on the palate. A wine for port lovers. ages for 3 years in oak barrels, this is a totally unique after dinner wine. With chocolate it is just magic.
VINIFICATION
Crushing and classic fermentation for 10 days with selected yeasts, with re-montage, delestage and pigeage, until achieving a residual sugar of 120 g/l. Then, the wine is fortified with wine alcohol and aged in French oak
barrels for 25 months.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Red purple color of medium intensity, with light brown hues due its aging.
AROMA: Very seductive aromas of ripe plums, black fruit marmalade, dried fig and nuts. A rich, complex wine with spicy endnotes such as cinnamon, toasted almond and leather.
FLAVOR: Sweet tannins, silky, full-bodied and pleasant with a long finish
