100% Bobal Grape.
Located in the interior of Valencia with a Mediterranean climate and traces of continental due to the altitude. Lime soils with an average age of the vine around 25 years.
The harvest takes place when the ripening of the grape is at its optimal, usually during the first days of Autumn. Fermentation in vats, malolactic fermentation in steel vats and then 6 months in French barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
Brilliant ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced tannin.
FOOD PAIRING:
Perfect accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, fish, uncured cheeses, salad and rice.
